Ada Agrait SVP and Global Head of Corporate Marketing at SAP
As SVP and Global Head of Corporate Marketing, Ada is responsible for leading SAP's global corporate marketing function inclusive of all digital marketing, events, brand, and demand center to enable the company’s digital-first and cloud customer growth. Agrait joined SAP in 2022 from more than 17 years at Microsoft Corporation, most recently as Vice President, Commercial Marketing, responsible for driving all integrated marketing inclusive of brand, digital marketing, acquisition, social and events for Microsoft’s commercial portfolio. During her tenure at Microsoft, she held senior leadership roles in MSN, Bing, Windows Phone, and the commercial business and was the founder of the Azure Direct business. Ada’s business leadership, passion for customer experience, and ability to find and develop amazing talent helped Microsoft realize it’s vision for the company’s global demand center. Prior to moving to Seattle, Agrait worked in New York City at Ernst and Young and other leading digital marketing and PR agencies leading top consumer and commercial accounts. Agrait is a dynamic, accomplished marketing executive known for her empathetic leadership approach and proven track record of building high performing teams, creating new strategies and implementing effective marketing tools resulting in increased market share, reduced acquisition costs and enabling connected sales and marketing for global technology leaders. Ada is Board President of the Dress for Success organization in Seattle. She is passionate about the mission of Dress for Success: to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Agrait was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s in marketing and finance from Fordham Graduate School of Business. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and lives in Kirkland, Washington with her husband, Tim, daughter, Julia and Louie (dog).
Doug Rozen CMO at Rokt
As CMO, Doug leads strategy and execution for all Rokt's global marketing efforts, including brand, performance, employee, product and sales marketing functions. Prior to joining Rokt, Doug served as CEO of Dentsu Media, where he transformed over 4.350 of the most progressive marketing experts at Carat, iProspect, dentsu X & beyond, across Canada, US and Latin America. Known for seamlessly exploiting the intersections of creativity, technology and data, Doug has been recognized globally for leading business through change and has been fortunate to be part of many major industry firsts. The last few years, Doug removed barriers by launching Economic Empowerment with30-day payment terms, propelled dentsu's industry-best Attention Economy initiative, hired the first Chief Addressability Officer to reimagine people-based activation, developed a trading division to create new products & value streams and much more. Doug is most proud of his efforts to drive inclusion, including creating an apprenticeship program requiring no college degrees. Doug is a vocal cancer survivor and proud advocate for Stand Up To Cancer. He just finished studying artificial intelligence at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Doug is an avid cyclist and skier, living in Connecticut with his wife, daughter and son.
