In this role, he is responsible for leading customer insights, digital product marketing, brand, growth marketing and business development for Albertsons Companies family of brands. Francisco has devoted his career to helping organizations find customer insights, identify new opportunities, and launch product innovations. He is widely recognized for his contributions to Uber and Siemens, having helped Uber enter new verticals such as B2B, Healthcare, Prescription and Grocery delivery and assisted Siemens in increasing patient access to care through the launch of innovative medical devices and AI technology. Francisco has launched over 20 products globally and is known for his enthusiasm, energy and passion when connecting with industry peers and sharing his experiences. 

 

Mike Polner - VP and Global Head of Marketing at Discord

As the VP and Global Head of Marketing at Discord, Mike spearheads the organization that shapes the brand, drives revenue and user growth, and articulates the stories of the company’s products and services to the world. His strategic initiatives have positioned Discord as one of Gen Z's favorite brands and earned it a spot on Fast Company’s most innovative companies list of 2024. Prior to Discord, Mike spent over 4 years at Uber Eats as the Global Head of Product Marketing - building the team from the ground up and growing the business from a small startup within pre-IPO Uber, to a global e-commerce giant with over $50B in global gross bookings in 2021.
